Agreeing to Our Terms
By registering or using TataBo3, you agree to these conditions, and you acknowledge that you are of legal age to use our services. If not please do not use TataBo3.
What We Offer
TataBo3 provides a variety of services to help you track and manage assets like vehicles, pets, and people in real time. You can:
- Track Locations: See where things are right now.
- View History: Check past movements and trips.
- Get Alerts: Set up notifications for specific locations.
- Manage Tasks: Organize and oversee field activities.
- Communicate: Use tools to stay in touch.
- Calculate Costs: Keep track of fleet expenses and fuel usage.
- Schedule Maintenance: Plan and manage vehicle maintenance.
You can use our services on any internet browser or our mobile apps. Just make sure you have internet access and the right equipment.
How Payments Work
We charge for our services monthly unless we agree on something different. You’ll get a bill at the start of each month.
Here are some important points about payments:
- You Pay Taxes: You’re responsible for any taxes, like VAT, in your area.
- Third Party Payments: If you pay through another service, their terms apply.
- No Refunds: Once you pay, fees are non-refundable, even if you don’t use the services.
If we change our prices, we’ll let you know at least 30 days in advance by email.
Your Privacy Matters
By using our services you agree to how we gather and use your personal information, so please keep your login, password and other sensitive information secure. We value the information you share with us and we treat it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Try Our Beta Services
Occasionally we provide new features as “Beta Services” for testing and we will let you know how long you have access to them. We reserve the right to alter or discontinue Beta Services at any time. You use them at your own risk and we are not responsible if something goes wrong.
Changing Our Services
We may alter or modify our services from time to time. This may include:
- Rebranding: Changing our name or appearance.
- Stopping Services: Disabling or stopping certain functionalities.
- Protecting Rights: Taking action to defend our legal rights or put a halt to criminal activity.
If you continue to use our services after modifications it implies you accept such changes.
What You Can’t Do
While using TataBo3 there are some things you cannot do:
- Illegal Activities: Don’t use our services for anything illegal or encourage others to do so.
- Copying or Hacking: Don’t copy, modify or hack our services.
- Unauthorized Tracking: You can’t track someone or something without their permission.
Ending Your Use
You may discontinue use of our services at any time by providing us with 30 days notice.
We may also suspend your access if you violate these conditions. We will notify you before doing so. Even if you cease using our services, you must pay all costs owed up to that time.
Our Intellectual Property
We retain all intellectual property rights for TataBo3, including our name and contents. You do not acquire any ownership rights over our content by using our services.
If Things Go Wrong
You undertake to defend us and cover any expenses incurred in the event that someone alleges that your use of our services caused them injury. This includes paying legal fees. Should we choose to handle the claim internally, you will assist us as needed.
Warranties and Disclaimers
We provide our services “as is” and “as to be had,” which suggests:
- No Warranties: We make no guarantees concerning the accuracy or availability of our offerings;
- Use at Your Own Risk: You expect all legal responsibility for any damage or loss attributable to your use of our offerings;
- No Additional Warranties: There aren’t any in addition to any advice or information we provide.
Our Limited Liability
Using our services may result in indirect, special, or consequential damages; this includes lost revenue, information, or commercial opportunities, even in cases where we were aware of the possibility of such losses.
Resolving Disputes
In case of a disagreement, we will attempt to settle it amicably through communication. If that fails, we will take the matter to court as specified by TataBo3.
Getting Support
We provide authorized TataBo3 Partners, such as system integrators and resellers, with technical assistance.
- For SaaS Users: Support is free if you make use of our hosted services.
- For On-Premise/Cloud Users: You must have a current support subscription in order to receive assistance if you host TataBo3 on your servers or through cloud services.
